The location is perfect. It’s mostly close to the restaurants. Walking distance to the lake and St. Joseph Cathedral. However, the Indian’s guests are pretty laud and annoying.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Its near to all the famous restaurant and shop. Overall, very convenient and worthy hotel to spend your days in Hanoi

The location is good near the night market and inside old quarters. The staffs are friendly too. There is a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast is good too.

Truth be told, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vacanza Premier Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved the simple morning breakfast and baggage storage services, which really enhanced the experience. The location was perfect close to cafes, restaurants, shops and train street making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The plus point is the location of the hotel as you can get a lot of good restaurants and cafe nearby.

The location of Hanoi Vacanza Premier Hotel is excellent, close to many amenities, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel provides basic essentials, and overall cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of local dishes like spring rolls and pho soup, all delicious and a great way to start the day. However, I was quite disappointed with the room situation. I had booked a room with a balcony, hoping to enjoy a better view of the city, especially since it was my first time in Hanoi and I was celebrating my birthday. Unfortunately, the hotel downgraded my room without prior notice. Whatever the reason, it would have been more respectful and professional to inform me in advance rather than at the time of check-in. This experience definitely affected what could have been a more memorable stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles such situations in the future.
