1. Vegetarian food options are limited, even though we had clearly mentioned during checkin.
2. The location is quite nice, there are ATMs around the hotel
3. The music session in the evening is very good
4. The staff is helpful
But, their room service and housekeeping is terrible
1. The service, specially room service is TOOOO slow
2. The shampoo, bath gel weren't refilled
3. We upgraded to the suite which should signal that we are looking for a luxurious stay, but the room service guys rudely told us that they only give 2 bottles of water per day (in a suite! where families would stay, where guests might come). We have stayed across multiple hotels in multiple cities of Vietnam but this was the first time we had heard of such a policy in Vietnam

Clean, well presented. Great facilities, better than average hotel gym and nice pool area, sauna and jacuzzi a bonus. Fantastic breakfast. Immaculate service. Will return.

How come you can make the first floor so magnificent, but the rooms are so terrible? Carpet is dirty and old how come you can still tolerate it? I can’t, to be honest.

My flight back to Hong Kong in the morning, I have not enough time to have breakfast. Hotel very nice to help me prepack a big of breakfast for me, I can have my breakfast on the way to airport. Appreciated!

The staffs were very polite and helpful. We gotten a free upgrade to the room with super king sized bed. The room was very spacious and comfortable, thank you very much. We enjoyed the drinks and cakes at Garbo bar the price was reasonable for a 5-stars hotel. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel on our next trip to Hanoi. There are lots of eateries and museums within walking distance.

The stay was very enjoyable. The room was huge, and the bedding was clean. The location is walkable to major attractions such as St Joseph's cathedral. I have no negative comments.

Hotel breakfast was excellent and special mention to the waitresses at the restaurant, very friendly and service is excellent. And gym was very well maintained and equipped.
Location is not great. Very business district, with nothing much to do in and around the area after work hours. Away from old quarter and shopping districts. Roads outside always jammed, so travel takes longer.
