typical boutique hotel in the Old Quarter district , the difference is in the service which I rate it 6 Star ⭐ service , Lucy and Tracy at the front desk are professional and more than helpful , you have to give this hotel a try to experience the outstanding service 👍👍

Convenient location in the Old Quarter. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Lucy goes out of her way to remember the names of the guests. Delicious pho at breakfast!

Love the hospitality of the hotel and warmth welcoming staff when we arrived. The location was strategic to explore the busy hanoi 😊. Room a bit small but complete with amenities, ac, heater, separate bathroom and closet so i can take turn with my hubby to use it.

Excellent service and pleasant stay

Pros: Breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. Easy to walk to various locations. Cons: Hotel is on a busy street so taxi is difficult to pass thru. Noisy even at midnight on the streets. WIFI is not very good. Shower has some hot water issue (not enough hot water coming thru).

I am a person who don't write much review, but this is definitely a hotel that I must leave a review. the location of the hotel is convenient. You can easily get a Grab to and from the hotel. The staffs in the hotel are really fantastic. Special thanks to Yena, Chloe, Lucy, Jeremy and the bellmen who made my stay in the hotel so comfortable. They have gone extra mile to help me. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel with really good service and friendly staff. The breakfast is decent and the hotel is very clean . Many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Giving a little packet of chocolates every night is a really nice touch.

Great design, recommended 👍👍👍 So surprised on check in , Very lucky owner of hotel to have a staff like JUSTIN- Best receptionist ever in my life, I meet , but I saw a lot🤗 Very polite, explained all clear and was so friendly- cool guy , I never seen in my life that staff worried a lot about hotel reputation like a owner…and helping a lot, worry about hotel like it his own baby , but actually staff never care like that Owner should take care him and up position- hard to find workers like this… Next day I meet Lucy - she very cool also, helping everything and so cute ☺️ All staff in this hotel are nice I think , never see before like that 😄 Clean hotel & nice staff - this is big pluses , have some minutes, but staff helping with all , that’s 😎 cool Breakfast also very good 🤗🤗👍👍
