Clean and good location, very convenient and walking distance to old quarter and nice food. Eight cafe right next to the hotel serves a good salted coffee. But was a little irked by how we were refused two additional small bottles of water and the water boiled by the restaurant had a weird lemon taste. Room was quiet and clean, but the queen bed is actually quite small, and short, felt like it was 1.8m long, bit of a struggle to fit. Otherwise clean and facilities were new, quite spacious too. Don’t bother with the gym, it’s a pretty sad corner.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. Everything was perfect and felt honest. The hot water was truly hot, which is something you can’t always say about other hotels in Vietnam. The internet was also excellent and reliable. Breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel's location was very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, which added to the overall great experience. I also booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, and it was absolutely worth it – the tour was fantastic. I highly recommend both the hotel and their Ha Long Bay tour!

I arrived a bit late and the staff was here to help me ! They are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good, a lot of choices from savory things to sweets. It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Đây là một khách sạn kho báu nằm trên con phố cổ của Việt Nam. Dịch vụ khách sạn rất chu đáo, và tất cả nhân viên đều rất thân thiện. Tôi có thể là vị khách Trung Quốc duy nhất vào ngày hôm đó, và tôi cảm thấy đủ lòng tốt. Dịch vụ mát-xa trong khách sạn rất thoải mái, và bia bên kia đường cũng rất sảng khoái!

酒店很不錯，離還劍湖火車街都很近，周邊也不是太吵鬧，咖啡店也不少，不錯不錯

旧市街でどこに行くにもアクセス良く、短い滞在でしたが観光も楽しめました。 シャワーの水圧⚪︎・温度も温かく、朝晩の冷えるハノイでも安心して温まれます。 廊下の声や音が筒抜けるのは少しだけ気になったものの、夜は静かでしたので問題ないかと。 今度はゆっくり日数とって滞在してみたいです。

位置在老城區，周邊很熱鬧，遊覽，吃飯，夜宵，都很方便，陽台也很有感覺，老街雖然很老，但是酒店剛剛裝修，設施還是比較新的

3박4일 전 알정을 이 호텔에서 머물렀습니다. 신축건물이라 깨끗했고 직원들도 친절했으며 숙소컨디션은 아주 만족합니다. 특히 호텔 마사지는 숙박인에게 20%로 할인을 해주서 3일 받으며 묵은 어깨 통증을 치료수준으로 받았습니다. 프엉씨에게 감사해요~~ 짧은 나흘의 베트남 여행이 아쉽네요. 사파트레킹만을 위한 여행을 곧 준비할 생각입니다~~ 그때 또 만나요!!! 굿바이~~ 하노이!!

旧市街の中にあるこじんまりした洒落たホテルです。 ホテル前の通りは狭い道で多くの飲食店がありその前で飲食ができるなど賑やかそのもの。 ホテルの内外装は綺麗で 部屋もこの値段でバスもついており十分満足できる内容。 スタッフも若い人が多いがとても親切で朝食も種類が豊富で美味しいし大満足。すべてにおいてこの金額であれば言うこと無しかな。
