Splendid Holiday Hotel recensioner

Great place to stay in Hanoi, super well located and with excellent staff: all the guys are always smiling and helpful, especially ms Rose and mr Dong. Dong Da helped us have the most wonderful experiences when driving in Ha Giang and immersing in the cool water of Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. Recommended!

Well, I felt great when booking a room at Splendid Hotel. All staff always welcome me. They are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really delicious and the beef noodles is yummy. Good location in the Old Quarter and nice value for price. Ms. Rose at front desk take care me any time She introduced me to spa relaxation. I did the Hot Stone Package 155', it was absolutely amazing. Thank Splendid so much, I will back soon.

너무 시끄럽지 않으며 관광지에 가까워 여행목적으로 최적의 위치인듯 하다. 직원들 모두 친절함.

酒店位於河內古城區，離大教堂較近，但並不在路邊，汽車不能達，需要走一小段路。 我所住的房間在5樓且沒有電梯，同時房間內設施較一般，感覺不符合這個價位。 另酒店照片不可信。

Отель удобный от места расположения всё в шаговой доступности, обслуживание и рессепшен помогает въехать и выехать. Завтрак отличный. Есть услуга заказа такси в аэропорт.

다른건 몰라도 침구를 진짜 안바꾸는게 확실합니다. 5명이 이틀을 묵었는데 모두가 벅벅 긁느라.. 온몸이 근질근질합니다. 하지만 곧바로 놀러 나가기에는 접근성은 좋습니다.

I wanted to leave a good review but couldnt. Our building had no elevator and we were at the sixth floor. Door not locking properly. Hotel safe unlocking with 000000. Breakfast had no table for us so we had to wait. On top of everything every morning at exactly 7:30 am a loudspeakers starts speaking something for about 30 minutes and I personally couldnt sleep through it.

Perfect stay in this hotel. Workers are very nice, espacially Kimmie, her kindness is amazing. We recomend 100%. Everyone is so helpfull. They allow us to take a shower long after checkout so we can be confortable for our flight back home. Great service.

The staff at the hotel are the highlight. A big thank you to Kimmie and Mr Dong who made my stay so welcoming. Any questions I had were answered and they took great care of me throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a friendly hotel in the best part of the old quarter!
