We had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. Their professionalism and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable

Great hotel in the hub of the old market. Spacious and comfortable with lovely staff. They were kind enough to even provide a birthday cake for me. Rooms were quiet and beds were good. Only a couple of minor issues would be, breakfast was lacking in options especially vegetarian. One more thing I would have appreciated is lotion in the rooms as well a towel rail for the hand towels. Otherwise a really good option in Hanoi. Would stay again.

The location is best, Breakfast Excellent, rooms were clean, staff is friendly and very supportive. We joyed our stay in Hanoi. They helped us plan our whole Vietnam trip. Especially My we are very grateful for her help getting us mobile SIM card on our late night arrival, cruise booking and various tours booking . Thank you so much.

The bed and pillows are nice, fluffy and comforting. The room design is also beautiful and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The foods during breakfast are delicious. The only problem is the noise, I can hear the noises from the other bedrooms. I hope the noise cancellation can be improved. I will come back here again for my trip to vietnam.

It was very good. The staff were very helpful and good. The location was good. The place was very clean and it smells good. People here are really nice. They are always smiling and everything feels very comfortable. Overall, it was very worth it.

Very good experience and clean hotel and it is also very good location that is near to many good restaurant. Staff is very experience, and if you need to visit places of interest or any food recommendations you can seek the staff for advise. Overall good and nice to stay in

Excellent staffs .Greeted by the staffs despite how busy they are. Extremely helpful , attentive and friendly. Especially Van , Tracy just to name a few. Highly recommended to stay at L heritage. The room is relatively clean . Breakfast is good too. Location is convenience as well.

The staff was always so kind and helpful. They helped us book our bus tickets and the check in and check out went very smoothly. Rooms are very clean and comfy and the breakfast was good as well. It also has a small but functional gym which was very convenient.

The staff are amazing and attentive. The room is nice and cozy. It is close to a lot of stores and near the lake. We will stay here again when we return to Ha Noi. The breakfast selections is a bit limited but no so bad for the price that is included in the room.
