We had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. Their professionalism and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable

Stayed there for 5 nights. The location is near Ho Guom, right in the middle of Old Quarter. The room is small but tidy and clean. The staff is very nice and courteous and helpful especially Ms Tracy and Tham. The breakfast is surprisingly good and varied. I would come back again.

Soft bed, lovely and helpful staff. Good quality spa and so service minded! Not the best breakfast but everything else weighs up for it. The staff helped us with our travels around in Hanoi and even picked up our dry cleaning when we didn’t have the time. Would stay here next time!

We had a good stay with the hotel. Location very good. People are welcoming. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The room is beautifully styled, the mattress and pillows are super comfortable. The bath was lovely, very relaxing. All our requests to reception were executed within 5 minutes, exceptional service. Our shower was a little slow to drain so would flood each time during use, but other than that everything was great. Would highly recommend!

The service is excellent. The location is really close to where all the action is. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is clean, big and has an excellent shower. Oh yeah. Best of all, the gym is opened 24 hours. What more can one ask for? This hotel is great value for money and the guide at the hotel is so hospitable and knowledgeable.

the hotel is amazing . big room . shower is amazing . water pressure is strong . hot water and cold water is amazing . air conditioner is perfect . bed is soft . pillow is excellent . clean towels . new slippers . razor . tooth brush . hair dryer . every thing you need for home away from home . breakfast is so well balance for all nationals for a small hotel . things perfect . never thought this amazing . I have travelled many places . this hotel is the best of all . Thank You .

The staff is friendly and the hotel is easy to use. This hotel is close to the old town and highly recommended.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and respectful. Rooms are clean and well kept. Good breakfast and location is well suited to go on a walk to explore the Old Quarter. Room was spacious with additional chairs, tables, dressing table and locker facility. Wifi worked well.
