Sunway Hotel Hanoi recensioner

I stay there for 13 days for my business trip. The staff are accommodating.

＜Pro＞ 1. Good value for money. 2. Very clean, albeit it seems a fairly old hotel. 3. Hot shower and cool enough aircon. 4. Good location. It's in a nice and quiet street slightly outside the Old Quarter. Within a local community, there are some local amenities including street stalls, cafe, eateries and hair salon all within 1-3 minutes walk. ＜CON＞ 1. Housekeeper rang the doorbell at 09:30 and came into the room to check whether we had any laundry to send in. 2. No handheld shower available. Only an old-fashion fixed shower head. 3. Too dim the room (room 603) at night. But the other room (room 705) which is of the same size and type has more lights and is better lit. 4. No shaver readily available in the shower room (didn't bother to ask whether there's one upon request). 5. No ramp available at the entrance door (but doorman did help with lifting the luggage up the stairs and into the hotel). 6. Reception was not manned when we returned at appx 02:30.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Calm; Area about 20 minute walk away from touristy section.

Very nice and comfortable hotel away from the noise and pollution in old quarter. Booked this place last minute but it was a very good choice. The staff were excellent and rooms extremely clean. If you want a good night’s rest, this is definitely a good choice

Hotel is ok, the things provided - toothbrush, shampoo and bath gel - quality needs improvement

本想找個離老街近點的，不過沒有看到臨街方便的，就選了這家。總體還不錯，大堂也比較温馨，境外遊客比較多。步行到老街要1公里多，也還算不錯。對面的房子有點舊，不過也不影響室內視線。出門左拐就有街邊越南粉，很地道！

最初入室した時ちょっと下水のような匂いがありましたがエアコンを効かせたら消えました。布団にも少し湿りがありましたが、雨季なのでどこのホテルもこんな感じかと。 施設設備は古いですが、スタッフの対応や清潔感含め値段相応と思います。ビジネス旅行におすすめです。

Die Lage des Hotel ist mangelhaft. Wenn man zum Hotel rausgeht links und rechts nur Müllberge mit unangenehmen Gerüchen verbunden Unser Zimmer in der 9. Etage ist geräumig störend empfanden den Blick zum Fenster hinaus auf eine Wand ca. einen Meter entfernt, Fenster war nicht zu öffnen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Frühstück ausreichend.

距離老城區走路有點遠，需要超過半個小時，飯店整體而言還不錯，如果只是單純住宿的話還可以，沒有特別多的設施

如果不想住在老城區，晚上在這裡可以享受寧靜的夜晚。雖然名為四星飯店，但是沒有泳池附近有高級餐廳離河內歌劇院不遠！參加旅行團早上集合方便！
