Hanoi Inner Hotel recensioner

I’d give it a 2 star hotel! The only good things about it was location and spacious room. Didn’t have daily cleaning, we had to take out the trash ourselves!! Didn’t have good facilities in the room! Not even a microwave. They gave us water thinking it’s free but charged us for it at the end. I changed to a 3 star hotel after this and was WAY BETTER.

First impression was not as expected but based on the price I would say ok as I am staying just for a night. There are other better hotels around. If you are not fussy, its considered acceptable.I could leave my luggages for 2 days before Icomeback for it. They also provide laundry service. 24hrs ready.

This hotel was amazing! Cold air conditioning, hot water, great location. It’s down an alley so pretty quiet but still close to everything. The people at the hotel were incredibly nice. They arranged our transfer from airport, laundry, and bus to Ninh Binh. It was a great hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Nice place, worth the money and the staff is very helpful the location is best as it is in the old quarter restaurant, tour spots, coffee shop is all over the place it is near the cathedral too

The room was overall pretty dirty with a half drunken water bottle in the fridge and fake eyelashes on the wall in the shower. Furthermore most of the stuff in the room was broken and glued back together and the shampoo was watered down a lot. But the staff was super freindly.

It was good hotel not from town .

The hotel staffs are really nice and helped me settle down in Hanoi and helped me with my laundry. The room they gave me is also very spacious. Near alot of restaurants

Not really ideal for family

洗面所が雑巾みたいな臭いがしました。 シャワーのお湯は出ませんでした。 水圧も弱い。 アメニティは歯ブラシと石鹸のみ。 ボトルの水は毎日無料で1本用意して欲しいですね。 シャワージェルとシャンプーはありました。 古い建物のようで、部屋の中も家具が古い。 そしてなんとなく汚い。 コンセントをさすとこが何の汚れなのか🔌茶色い。 立地は良かった。 フロントの人もフレンドリーだった。

房間蚊子很多不是很乾淨，洗澡水壓很小 冷氣不是很強....暑假去應該會熱死 被子是那種很薄的床單....感覺超奇怪的 除了價錢便宜一點點+地點還不錯教堂後面.....其餘就是差 下次鐵定不會訂！

とにかく、スタッフが親切。 いろんな場面で助けてもらいました。 建物は古いがその分格安で立地がよいため問題なし。

El lugar está súper cerca de la catedral y del lago, el personal es muy amable.

酒店位置非常方便， 走出去附近有不少美食， 而且行十分鐘左右已經到還劍湖！ 但美中不足的是 一層只有兩個房間 ，走廊已經很窄但是還有一架清潔的車放在我們的樓層令我們出來的時候很擠擁， 這裏扣了少少分！但是其他服務都很好

จริงๆจองรร.นี้เเต่พนักงานบอกห้องเต็มงงมากกก เต็มได้ไงบุ๊คมาเเล้ว เเล้วบอกจะพาไปพักอีกรร.นึงใกล้กัน ไม่ต้องเสียเพิ่มเเต่ภายในห้องคือเก่ามาก ผ้าห่มคันๆ มีหยักไหย่ ห้องเหมือนราคา300-400มากกว่า อืมมม จองรรดีดีเถอะค่ะ ฝักบัวไม่มีน้ำอุ่นให้นะ วันที่ไปคือหนาวมาก5555 พลาดมากกก ไม่มีน้ำให้ดื่ม ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม
