整體都很不錯。房間衞生，安靜整潔。因為是民宿類型的衹有一個黑人大姐管家，但是有花匠和打掃衞生的人，衞生不用擔心。吃的也不錯，很安全。

Grosvenor House graciously hosted my bridal party and I while we got ready for my wedding. We had use of a suite and the common areas, all of which are beautifully appointed. Platters of fruit and pastries were served with Prosecco and it was superb! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the overall service was on point. I can wholeheartedly recommend Grosvenor House for your special occasion or visit!

It’s always a pleasure staying at Grosvenor House and I’m always impressed the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are cozy and well- appointed, with beautiful views of the surrounding garden. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The common areas are inviting and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a peaceful and private stay. I keep going back.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Harare with the friendliest owners and staff, going out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are lovely and elegant. Wellington the chef is absolutely amazing. Best steak in Zimbabwe! You won’t be disappointed.

My colleagues and I stayed at Grosvenor House while we were in Harare for business. The team was so welcoming and accommodating! Haley seamlessly coordinated transportation as needed, and the chef provided delicious breakfasts daily and dinner on nights we stayed in. The rooms are spacious and the common areas are beautifully maintained. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful.

Can't fault Grosvener House. Beautiful spotless home, comfy beds, secure parking and a great location. Mani is an absolute gem, she was incredibly helpful & her breakfasts were delicious. Our laundry was done perfectly. Thankyou Hayley for arranging to open when we couldnt find accommodation and thankyou Mani for returning to work between Christmas and New year to host us. We will definitely be back & will surely be recommending the beautiful Grosvenor House to all

Excellent accommodation! Superb host Hayley! Food great! Very comfortable beds, fast WiFi and all day tea, coffee, bar service. An oasis in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, close enough to town to be convenient for business.

A lovely boutique hotel in Harare. Room was quite big and bed was comfy with soft pillows. Plenty of sockets for electrical appliances. Good areas for socialising both indoors and outside, there is a pool and a bar also. Hayley and her staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating with regards to our party's needs. A good breakfast is provided and dinner is also available if required. Had a very pleasant stay.

A little gem in Harare. Grosvenor House has large rooms that are tastefully decorated, set within a beautiful garden under the most magnificent trees. Owner, Hayley, was kind enough to provide us with a transfer to and from the airport - I had forgotten how difficult it was to drive in Harare at night. The breakfast menu provided a lot of choice from smashed avocado, omelettes to English breakfast.
