New Ambassador Hotel recensioner

Booked online and paid. Arrived and the signs outside were saying under renovations to open on the 2nd of February and mind this was yesterday the 4th. They should take their losting off so people are bot inconvenienced

Everything was excellent... enjoyed my stay..

Room looked nothing like the pictures. They put fake photos of the rooms. Don’t waste your money. The rooms are old and disgusting

The stay and service was good but cleanliness was everage. The was a stained cushion on the bed which I removed and l put it the wardrobe, the domestic said that she was going to remove it. . The bed wasn't very comfortable because l had a busy schedule during my stay l was away most of the days. I did mention this to the staff at the reception and there was not any rooms available when l extended my stay. The location was good right in the centre of the town.

All things good nice people just a bit noisy for one day night when staff do some maintenance

can improve the place staff is awesome though

The room felt a bit dated. The TV could use an upgrade

Prepare for a cold shower and noone will help you.....

First time in Zimbabwe, This is the hotel I stayed in and the stuff was so welcoming. They assisted me with everything I needed. The food was so good and affordable.

If you are claustrophobic, don't use this hotel

Hotel needs some renovations, !!!

The room wasn’t clean and ddnt have hot water. The toilet and sink were broken. The door wouldn’t close properly and I ddnt feel safe. I was in room 311. Disappointed beyond.

It’s always a pleasure staying there to be honest. That’s my go to place!!!
