Clean with state of the art technology functionalities inside the room. Staff are friendly. Sophia Square is around 100m away. There is a huge food court opposite the hotel. Walking Street is around 500m. At the end of the street, it is the Stalin Park and 松花江。

I enjoyed my stay here despite a couple things. Firstly, one of the elevators was being worked on and it and so with one elevator it took a long time to get to downstairs or up sometimes. Secondly, I saw a MASSIVE cockroach in my room. Now the positive. The staff is lovely, they did a great job checking me in and were very pleasant. The bed was great and it was easy to sleep. The shower was great. So, a decent stay. I would stay here again if I needed to be in this area. Was mostly good.

Hotel location is very good. Staff service also consider great. Room size if big. Free luggage storage and parcel collection too. However, the toilet is smelly which I asked for assistance but they did not able to resolve it. I was travelling 4 pax and they offered me to change to single room which is inconvenient and I rejected, but they still never resolve my smelly toilet and claimed they did resolve my issue by offering me another rooms. Which I was quite disappointed with this. But overall experience in term of spacious, location and prices etc are all in positive side.

Wow what a great 4 star hotel. Firstly the reception staff, especially Ms Feng was so attentive and hospitable. Their breakfast was amazing, offering so much variety to satisfy the fussiest eaters. The housekeeping staff was so generous and did a great job always keeping our room well stocked and so clean. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious with good cooling in June. The laundry facility was so convenient and useful. It's location was handy to all the scenic sites. Thank you Yitel Hotel for our wonderful stay for the week.

超滿意的一次入住體驗 這次住的酒店完全超出預期，必須給滿分好評！ 📍 位置太便利：離地鐵站、步行衹要幾分鐘，周邊便利店、特色餐館一應俱全，不管是旅遊打卡還是日常出行都特別方便，鬧中取靜的位置讓晚上休息絲毫不受打擾。 💯 服務暖心又專業：前台工作人員態度特別熱情，辦理入住和退房都很迅速，還主動給我推薦了本地小眾美食和景點，特別實用。客房阿姨每天打掃得乾乾淨淨，連桌面縫隙都沒灰塵，還貼心地幫我整理了散亂的行李。 不管是服務、設施還是性價比都無可挑剔，已經推薦給朋友了，下次來還選這裏！

Love the room very nice and clean. The staff very friendly and easy to communicate Late check out until 2pm. Provide railway stations drop off services 👍

1. 15:00去辦理入住告知沒房間需要等10min，但實際攜程顯示可以辦理入住的時間是14:00。 2. 晚上回來打開被子發現裏面有灰塵和頭髮，告知前台更換床單被套即可，前台説保潔已下班、前台衹有自己一個人不能離開櫃枱。 3. 天貓精靈撥打前台電話5min左右無人應答、溝通無果後，因着急晚上睡眠休息，下樓去找前台當面溝通亦無果。而後請前台給經理打電話後，解決態度良好，臨時在其他房間開了一晚睡覺，次日等保潔打掃更換後換回原房間入住。到此問題已解決。我們一直秉持着最初衹需要更換一下四件套就可以原房睡眠的心態去友好溝通，實在無果後才聯繫到經理解決。 4. 臨走時，酒店主動贈送了伴手禮。（我們沒有索要過任何禮物或賠償）
