Atour-boenden i Harbin

This hotel just remind me japanese hotel with its cleanliness, neat, practice and you get everything you need when travel. More value because the room also big. Washing machine n dryer was so good. The front desk so kind. Free water bottle as many you need. And zhongyang street just next to it.

I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly . However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle . Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍

THE ROOM IS VERY NICE COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF REALLY GOOD IN HELPING, EVEN THEY HAVE LIMITATION IN ENGLISH LANGGUAGE BUT THEY TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US

Lovely hotel at central street. Near to the tanghulu, modern ice cream and chimney bread icecream. The hotel is chic with black decor, free supper at night and free laundry services... rooms and bed are so comfortable that sometimes it is so hard to leave the bed.. totally recommend!!!

房間整潔 離中央大街的士車程不算遠。旅遊旺季我覺得這家性價比非常高！最值得一讚的是房間溫度可以調控。我今次去東北在不同地點住過五家住宿，這家是我覺得溫度最舒服最讓我滿意的！

The room was spacious and bright, elegant furnished and the bed and pillow was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The shower water was very hot or cold (difficult to adjust to warm). The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The hotel is located at Quali, 6km to the city centre. Better for self drive traveler. However, it is good to avoid the congested traffic at Central Street.

A newly built hotel from Atour, it's very clean. The hotel room is very spacious and comes with a long sofa which is very good for us. Their buffet is normal but still acceptable for the food, though the food variety is not too much. Will come here again if l ever come to Harbin next time.

This is a well designed hotel and had everything I needed for my stay in Harbin. My room was comfortable, and I appreciated the bottles of water provided every day. The humidifier in the room helped lessen the effect of the air conditioning, which can be drying when staying for a while. The hotel also provides very useful extras such as alcohol wipes in the room everyday. I had food delivered to my room via robot which was interesting! The only thing I missed in my room was a fridge and they only provided tea and not coffee in the room. The facilities at the hotel are good, I used the gym which is small but provides weights, a running machine, mats, resistance bands etc. There is also a laundry room which is well stocked with detergent, softener and disinfectant as well as tumble dryers and ironing facilities. The hotel is only a short walk or drive from a big mall if you need to go to the supermarket or grab a coffee at Starbucks.

The location is 10mins walk to museum railway and near to GongRenWenHuaGong bus station. The hotel location is convenient to anywhere. I had stay 2 nights of Superior Queen Room, the room is big and clean. The hotel welcome with a plate of fruits, even during check in the receptionist will provide hot tea for the guest. At night around 9.30 to 11pm the hotel stated that they provide late night porridge at level 2. The best part is the hotel have laundry room that guest can use to wash their clothes, which guest can cut down the number of clothes that need to bring for harbin trip. 酒店附近有博物馆地铁还有工人文化宫巴士站，方便出行。 住了两晚高级大床房，房间很大很干净。入住时，房间有欢迎水果，一开始办理入住时前台也提供热茶。晚上9.30至11点酒店有提供晚安粥在二楼。酒店最好的部分应该是有洗衣房，让顾客减少哈尔滨之旅所需要携带衣物的数量。
