👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

Very good hotel, cleanliness and friendly front desk staff. Near to railway station and accessible to local transportation.

Typical local, new and modern 4-Star hotel :) Very nice with many electrical functions in the room: Curtain, toilette, a lot of light switches which shine at night. A huge TV. 2 telephones so that the reception desk can always reach you even on the toilette. The hotel is really nice and new. Important to know: The hotel offers small rooms without windows. As its new and could not be ventilated, the chemical smell is quite strong in this rooms. Suggestions for improvement: Working desk instead of a bistro table in the room. Its too small for working. Install uninterrupted power-supply or two room cards Use of appropriate vacuum cleaners for the carpet floors. Then it will also get clean. Noise reduction in the breakfast restaurant. It is too noisy there. Switch off the outside elevator ring. Not needed and it can be heard in all rooms.

Amazing hotel with amazing helpful staff, location is quite good with lots of options for breakfast even for vegetarian and main chef was also so helpful and made special food for us.i will definitely stay here if i come next time.New hotel with all facilities you need.All hotel staff is amazing and helpful and helped us with everything 👏👏👏👏

I arrived after midnight and the staff at the reception was really professional and prepared everything well. The rooms be dry clean and comfortable and my next time in Harbin I’ll definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its a bit far from the City center, but it is good value for the money. We stayed at the business suit and where really saticfied with this room!

Bedsheets unchanged with 3 nights stay. Beds badly made up. Shower gel and lotion not replaced despite 5% left.
