Great Location & Wonderful Housekeeping Service The location of this hotel is excellent—right on Zhongyang Street and also close to the Songhua River. However, it’s a bit of a walk from the airport bus drop-off point. If you’re not carrying a large suitcase, the walk is quite manageable. The check-in experience wasn’t the best, as I didn’t find the male receptionist particularly welcoming. However, the female staff members were much more attentive. The room was clean, smelled nice, and felt very comfortable. What really stood out to me was the housekeeping staff—especially a short-haired lady who was incredibly kind and genuinely attentive. She even made an effort to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name. Another staff member, a female receptionist with glasses, was also very helpful during check-out. I had quite a few questions, and she, along with two other female receptionists on duty at the time, took great care of me. And I have to mention the little delivery robot—I absolutely loved it! Such a fun and convenient touch. Overall, despite a small hiccup at check-in, my stay was very pleasant. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! 1 min walk to Zhongyang Street. 10 min walk to St Sophia Cathedral and Songhua river. There are washing machines and dryers available for guests to use.

Good location. Room is equipped with smart home system, but not functioning in certain rooms. Need to improve on front desk service.

The location of the hotel is very near to 中央大街 and the room is very spacious.

Very good

Very convenient to reach most attractions.  Few minutes left to Central Street.  10 min walk to St Sophia, 5 min walk to Red Brick market.  Hotel is clean and convenient

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean but I cannot say the same for the corridors. The breakfast menu is rich but some foods run out early. You may need to hurry for breakfast.

Good for its location. Just beside central street. Some room have toilet smell. The rest are all good

Room was spacious, location is best. 1 minute walk to zhong yang pedestrian street. Also walking distance to song hua river. However, some of our room’s toilet was super smelly, until they changed one of our room. Its a little bit annoying but overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Good location, helpful staff, small room and only one elevator. Terrible breakfast probably the worst hotel breakfast I have had.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process a pleasant experience. I especially appreciated the hotel’s two automatic washer dispensers and two dryers, which made laundry a breeze. The location was ideal, offering easy access to Zhong Yang Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

Clean, modern hotel in an excellent location. Just 20m off the main Zhongyang shopping street, and a 10min walk to the riverfront. Check-in was quick and trouble free. Even has a robot to bring any food delivery right to your hotel door. Perfect for getting a good nights rest before spending the day outside enjoying the ice.

Front desks midnight service could be improved... !!
