TRUE GO Hotel (Central Avenue Subway Station Baicheng Railway Station)

We stayed for 5 nights. The room is clean & the cleaner came to do basic cleanings daily. Location is fantastic - close to many tourist attractions. Staff are friendly, helpful & greet you everytime you passed by the lobby. Drinking waters are provided on demand. The only negative thing is sometimes have to wait quite long for the lifts. There are 2 lifts serving 22 floors. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect, near everything including the metro station. The service, especially the cleaning, was excellent. However, the breakfast is suitable mainly for Chinese guests and not for foreigners.

The toilet and room is clean. The hotel location is good as it was a short walk to central street and metro.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near a shopping mall, making it easy to shop and dine. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for convenience and cleanliness.

I had a great stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We got upgraded to a bigger room foc. The beds are really comfortable. So worth the price

Great location. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Arbat, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the outlet center, and just 2 minutes to the metro station. The hotel is clean and modern. Complimentary welcome water and canned drinks (Coke, Sprite, and Fanta) were provided. Housekeeping was daily, and supplies were replenished every day. The hotel features a laundry room with free detergent, a small gym, and a restaurant. We stayed in Harbin from August 2 to August 7.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near subway and Zhongyang St. The room was clean and condition was well upkeep. Breakfast was average and without freshly cooked hot food. Recommended for the reader to choose this hotel.

True Go Hotel, Harbin – Comfortable and Thoughtfully Managed While the reception area felt a little cluttered, the rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just about 200 metres from a food street, making it easy to find meals and explore the area. What really stood out was the service. The reception team was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the hotel is not large, they had a concierge who assisted us with purchasing attraction tickets and arranging transport to various places of interest. It was extremely cold during our stay, but the hotel really took care of guests. They provided free heat packs for those who were not fully prepared for the weather, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also free ice cream at the reception that guests could help themselves to — a small but delightful surprise. The room came with a humidifier, which made a big difference in the dry winter air. Thanks to the helpful staff, we were still able to visit places like Tiger Park and Volga Manor comfortably despite the freezing temperatures. Overall, a warm and well-managed hotel with thoughtful touches that made the stay much more comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Harbin, especially in winter.
