It was a perfect hotel for us: lovely, quiet and cozy. It is also very close to Zhongyang Street — the best attraction in Harbin. The hotel staff are very polite and do their best to make you feel comfortable.
There were two small issues for us. In the rooms, there are only disposable bath towels. At first, it was unusual for us, but later we got used to it. Also, there is no fridge in the room, but you can store your food in a shared fridge at the reception desk.
At the same time, the room had all the necessary amenities: an iron, scales, a TV that was showing "Tom and Jerry," and an awesome bath with a perfect view from the window.
One day, we didn’t have time for dinner at the nearby mall, so we returned to the hotel with empty stomachs. The hotel staff kindly offered us delicious dumplings for free! It was very unexpected and pleasant.

Good value for my stay, friendly and helpful staff, the room is well designed and decorated although the building itself looks bit worn out.
Located just 5-10 mins walk from Central Street, a lot of shops and high-end restaurants are located there, and of course affordable price for visitors.
In bathroom, whatever you think they don't have, they have them for you, a disposable towel, nice bathrobe, even an eyecon cleaning kit, whatever suits your needs.They focus every details of what the guests need during a stay which I really appreciate so.
I will ideally choose this property for my future stay, bringing my parents, relatives and/or my loved one.

The location of this hotel is good, And the staff service is also excellent, very proactive to serve us. Moreover, the afternoon tea is excellent. But the room is smaller than we expected. Honestly, it looks like a great motel more than hotel. If the price can be lower, I think it makes more sense.

The room is ok, but the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is not particularly obvious, and it is not easy to find. He is in an office building, but the service and decoration style of the hotel are very good. The hotel is very new and has no smell of decoration. The hotel stay was very satisfactory, and there was free afternoon tea.And free coffee.There is a self-service laundry room.It's very convenient and fast to use, and I also sent the local specialty dried blueberry when I left.……It's really a very nice hotel.……This is the most satisfying time in the hotel since I checked in.……
