Tianzhu Hotel (Harbin Railway Station Airport Bus)

Position is perfect for who want to live near the railway station and go to airport by bus. Room is old but amazingly big, over expectation with this price.

Disappointing Experience Due to Security Issues I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Harbin. While the location is convenient—right near the shuttle bus drop-off—and the check-in process was smooth, I had a very disappointing experience regarding security and customer service. During my stay, some valuable items from my luggage went missing. I had purchased ginseng and mushrooms as gifts for my parents, and after carefully organizing them in my suitcase, I left the hotel for a day of sightseeing. The next morning, I packed up, secured my luggage, and flew home, only to realize upon arrival that the items were stolen. When I contacted the hotel, they immediately denied any responsibility and offered no assistance in investigating the matter. I also reached out to Trip.com, but their response was simply that I should have reported it while I was still at the hotel. This lack of accountability and concern for guests' belongings left me very disappointed. While the hotel itself was decent in terms of location and basic amenities, security is a serious issue. I strongly advise future guests to always lock their luggage when leaving their rooms. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed my otherwise wonderful trip. I hope the hotel improves its security and customer service to ensure a safer and more pleasant stay for future guests.

Downstairs is the ticketing office of airport bus and the bus stops right in front of the hotel. A restaurant run by different owner at the ground floor serves delicious meals.
