love the location.. very near to subway (palace hotel station) also near to zhongyang street, starlin psrk. the staff verg nice to us... help us book airport transfer, give any information we need.. they also have washing machine if u want to wash your cloth.. use it for free! thank you.. we will.come here again! if you're to lazy to go out, u can order food send to your room..! love this place!

This second review I stay another 3 nights at this hotel.I went to the The Snow Town for 2 nights.When I came back to this hotel and saw Vivian and her staff it was so nice. Is like coming back home. I really can’t fault this hotel.Well done. Keep up the amazing hospitality.

I had a 3-day stay with 2 bookings here. The location is quite easy to find, just a short walk to Zhongyang. The hotel owner is very friendly and even gave us a cute postcard as a gift. The room quality is quite good for the price. 我在这里住了3天，预定了2次房间。位置很好找，走一小段路就到中阳。酒店老板非常友好，还送了我们一张可爱的明信片。房间质量相对于价格来说非常好。

a friendly staff and a home that is most convenient to move around tourist spots like Zhongyang Street, Stalin Park, Zhaolin park, Midle East Railway Bridge, town bus stop and etc. by walk and easy to get transportation, the metro station is just a short walking distance. Hongzhuan Morning Market is also nearby.

Great location!!! Not far too far from Ice and Snow World, the cableway, Sophia Square, and more. I booked the family room for the weekend as my coworkers and I haven't traveled together and felt more comfortable in our own beds. When we arrived, we only had 2 big beds instead of 3 smaller ones. The third bed was hard to access and didn't even have sheets or pillows. Only one towel in the room upon arrival as well. The host gladly gave us more, but it was an uncomfortable stay for us overall.

We returned to the same hotel and the host kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, which we really appreciated. She is very thoughtful and considerate. We even left our luggage at the hotel while we went to Snow Village, and she didn’t charge us for it. We’re very thankful for her hospitality

I stayed for 3 nights. The hostelnis very good in location. Receptionist very friendly, helpful and cheerful. I like this hostel. The check in and check out process is fast. The location near to the Zhongyang street and Songhua river and the Snow Castle for the cableway to the Sun Island. Convenient stor just across the road.

Stayed there for 3 nights but booked separately. The last 2 nights the lady boss has upgraded the rooms for us. It was better than the previous one.

The location is very close to the train station, morning market, cable car station and very suitable for staying with small children(got double decker bed), water heater works well, the heater in the room is also quite hot, we stayed at a temperature of -26 and did not feel cold. The host is also very helpful if you want to buy any necessary items, last minute, she helps to order, can deliver with in one hour. But this hostel does not write in English outside the hotel. It is very difficult for tourists who do not understand the Chinese language. Overall very satisfied, initially booked for 3 nights, but extended for another 3 nights. Will repeat again if come back to Harbin next time.

The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and speaks English. The space in the shared room is pretty tight, with no space to store clothes and used towels for everybody. There is no soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. But other than that the price for value is pretty good given the good location.

Very cheap hotel during winter. Heating are functions well.is essy to reach by didi.near to the metro station..i recommen who want to visit harbin to book this hotel.owner are so friendly even their cannt fully speak english .but everything going so smooth.you can communicate with them in english.if one day i come again to harbin.i will again to this hotel

It’s a great stay in the center of harbin, this is hostel/hotel it is very cosy and family like stay, it’s not 5 star hotel but the experience is very nice and really you feel like home
