This was the most unexpected hotel experience I ever had. When I booked I wasn’t expecting this hotel to be this nice. Usually for this price I get really standard place and I was surprised with what I saw. The room was super clean and the hotel was nice and staff was quite friendly. It’s close to the west railway station just a few mins walk. Room was big and was very comfortable to stay. I was happy and recommend this place for everyone to enjoy.

Overall good quality. A little pricey perhaps but still ok.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Harbin West Railway Station. There is a cafe at Level 1 which is open till evening & a comfortable seating area at Level 1.5 if you need to rest before catching a late night train. Since we just had to stay 1 night to catch the train next day evening we did not book a large room. We booked a basic room with no windows and did not expect much, but it was comfortable with a larger wash room than the Holiday Inn we stayed in our previous visit. The hotel is also equipped with a free washer-dryer in case you’d like to use self-service laundry.

A stone's throw away from the train station. For the price, we had a large room, free basic items. Downstairs has a coffee bar, and a shop outside. Ankur 20-30 minutes drive from all the sites.

Great stay at this hotel. The location was good to get to all of the places we wanted to visit. The space was very nice and we used the downstairs are to hang out. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Such a great hotel. Accepts foreigners. Rooms are modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Very close to the train station. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Harbin!

The room is beautiful and I enjoyed staying here. I would stay again if I visited Harbin. The front desk was mainly friendly besides one person when dealing with ordering coffee. I would recommend this place to someone

Other than poor wifi speed, the rest are ok.

Great place. Just next to the high-speed train station. We were offered a free upgrade and could checkin to outer rooms already at 8 am. Highly recommended

在爾濱最後兩天住的喆啡，離西站非常近，走路5分鐘能安檢，我們早上8點高鐵，7點起床，7點25下樓，7點30安檢進去了。攜程會員給升級了，當天也有空房，床很舒服，洗澡水很大，暖氣足，睡覺很熱，房間也比中央大街那邊大，晚上讓送水和紙巾，很快就送來了。離地鐵站也近，去哈工大和731很方便

離開哈爾濱的最後一站，和到達時一個地方，算是有始有終.房型幫我升了級，非常感謝.再見爾濱，有緣再來.

酒店靠近哈爾濱西站，坐火車很近，非常滿意，訂的雙床，看我們是三個人，主動升級家庭房，很開心滿意，離地鐵也很近

酒店就在哈西旁邊 走路五分鐘就進站了 特別方便 前台美女服務也特別到位 我們後半夜兩點到的 定的雙床房看帶了孩子免費給升級的家庭親子房！走的時候孩子的平板忘拿了 酒店打電話詢問了地址又給我們郵寄的！爾濱的優秀其實是這些善良的商家共同打造的👍
