Wuyang Hotel (Harbin High-speed Railway West Station Branch) recensioner

We chose this hotel for its convenient location, as we had an early morning train departure from Harbin West Station the following day. The hotel is directly across from the station, just an 8-10 minute walk away. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and offered a fantastic street view, especially beautiful at night.

I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby.

The service response was speedy and good. However, the facilities weren’t maintained properly eg. Washing machine was dirty, the drains were blocked, no sound proof, etc…

The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from Harbin West railway. It is a big room and with washing machine. As we are non smokers, the smoke smell was quite unbearable. For muslim, there is a halal restaurant nearby.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Room consider quite clean, water hot enough especially during winter.

They provide a semi auto washing machine. Room is spacious.

The room rate was high during the peak season.

為了趕早上的高鐵預訂的，看過評價預期了，衹是真正住了比預期還差，提前預訂不能取消，電話溝通也不行，300多的價格，唯一好處確實離高鐵站很近，哪怕八點的高鐵都不會在這多呆一晚，除了位置一無是處。

這個真的沒得説，有兩個方向的大窗户，離西站很近，在窗前就能看到西站的列車，拍出來的照片也很好看，推薦大家入住

環境好，室內面積大，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，體驗感很好。這次住宿讓我對民宿酒店有了更新的認識，推薦給朋友了，朋友不久就要去，一定會入住的。

第一次讓阿姨給到個垃圾，那個阿姨説要給前台講不然不給到。第二天説了讓打掃個房間，回來發現真離譜，洗漱台上垃圾，桌子上垃圾，走什麼樣回來還是什麼樣，更別説房間床鋪了。最讓人噁心是發現毛巾也臟離譜。
