It's average. The hostels was average. Some of the basic facilities were not maintained. No wifi available Staff was good, house keeping staff did the work on prompt basis, where ever required.

Location is too far from har ki pauri, fare of auto took 400 after decreasing fare. Washroom was not clean as should be. It's better to choose nearby location to stay if you are planning travel haridwar bcz this hotel was 20 kms far almost from har ki paudi.

We came here with family so receptionist took i’ds of all the people. Ac rooms are good but the main problem is of water. Proper water supply is not there. Overall good stay. Need to work on water.
