酒店整體還可以，算是比較新的酒店了比起別的美國老式酒店，床睡得很舒服，周邊吃的地方和超市還比較多，不錯的選擇

賓館服務良好，態度好，早餐不錯，停車方便，房間寬敞，美中不足的是夜裡冰箱有點大，空調聲音也有點大，服務態度整體不錯👍

I recommend if you stay at this hotel do not approach directly to rent a room. Recently stayed 1 night where we rented 2 rooms with Isaac in the front desk. He was extremely polite and nice confirming a rate of $134 for king executive. But my credit card showed additional charge of 11.00 dollars approximately x 2 on top of the total bill. I called and reached Isaac he lyingly denied that he offered us the discounted rate. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL, specially Isaac. If you absolutely want to stay here make online reservations and pay.

We booked a king bed months in advance. Got there and they didn’t have any rooms with king beds left, so they forced us into a room with 2 doubles. They didn’t even have the nerve to tell us they were changing us up, just let us take our luggage to the room before finding out.

Stay Report 4/4 to 4/5 Location: The hotel is located about a mile west of Downtown Harlingen just east of the I-2/I-69E Interchange.  Around it are a number of chain restaurants and across the interstate is a mall and movie theater.  It's easy to get around here because the interstates are right there.  HRL is about 15 minutes away.  Hotel: The hotel is a slightly older HIX property but in good shape.  It has a large parking lot, outdoor pool, small snack shop in the lobby, two computer business center in the lobby and a large breakfast area.  My only complaint was one elevator was out of service.  Check In: Handled well by a friendly agent who deposited my Welcome Amenity points.   Room: Decent though a little dated.  There was a large bed, small TV, desk with outlets and USB ports, chaise lounge type chair by the window and a decent sized bathroom.  There were no issues with noise or with the Wifi. Breakfast: Quite good.  Two kinds of omelets (one vegan), turkey and pork sausage, biscuits and gravy, a pancake machine and cinnamon rolls plus yogurt, fruit and cereal. This was a good choice for Harlingen.  I'd happily stay here again. 

Considering the reasonable rates, it’s really hard to not give this property a full five stars. Exceptionally service minded staff, comfortable and stylish (newly renovated) rooms, tasty breakfast and a very good location. Will return!
