Served its purpose for a one night stay. Clean and practical, nice rooms with everything you need. Fire alarm went off at night which was annoying, but otherwise was peaceful and quiet. Would stay again!

It was a beautiful experience will visit again, excellent staff service. I rang the hotel to request a cot for my baby, they provided one b4 we even arrived room was nice and clean just like the image on trip.com.

Stayed at the Harlow Hotel last night, This was booked based on the images and info on the web site. As a keen fitness person I was looking forward to using the modern gym, imagine my horror when I walked into the "leisure centre" and found nothing but old kiddies toys and plastic lego blocks scattered all over the floors! The room I stayed in , was according the the reception the only room available in the hotel as all others were booked, even though the car park only had 2 cars , a lorry and our van parked up.! The room was dirty with some ones make up still on the furniture, stains on the floor , curtains and beds. There was also graffiti on the walls and big chips out of the dressing table where some ones has been opening beer bottles. I did not try the food so cannot review . All in all not a good hotel, looks nice on the web site but in reality its dirty and poor. Avoid if you can !

Initially given a dirty room that had not been made up. I returned to reception and was given a clean room. Disappointed to be charged £6 parking for one day considering hotel is on the outskirts of the town.

A large group of us went has we was celebrating a birthday in Epping, check in was quick , the room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great as it was a surprise breakfast for the birthday man, never great thing was trip.com was cheap and cheerful, and my friends was as they paid more of different sites for their room. Thank you
