I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person) The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel.  Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable. The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels) I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice.

It’s a decent hotel. Modern and clean. My room didn’t have a fridge and you don’t get any free bottle of water like you do in most 4 Star hotels. Bar area is nice food is decent if expensive but it’s to be expected. Breakfast is nice. Would stay again overall.

Very nice hotel with good amenities gym & pay to park car.. Very helpful reception staff. King room nice with Very comfortable bed . Near to terminal 5 where I was attending an event I would stay there again.

I will now always stay at the Hyatt when needing a room at Heathrow. It’s warm, comfortable, modern and feels a higher standard finish than the Sofitel T5 that I used to stay at. Definitely worth paying extra for a room with a view of the runway! Kind, helpful and courteous staff. Parking was convenient. An excellent stay. Thank you

Good location and convenient with local bus or hotel Hoppa service. Just a comment on a lady staff in the morning shift is not friendly and not helpful. However her other male colleagues which we met on both mornings are so helpful with our enquiries.

Booked the runway view room for a night to catch an early morning flight from london heathrow. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and helped us with directions and options nearby. We had a breakfast in the restaurant which was diverse, special mention to the scrambled eggs and coffee. Really helpful and accommodating staff as it felt like we were pampered to be fed. Couldn't use the bar much but it had a nice ambience. Would love to stay at the hotel again on a future trip.

The hotel is in a convenient location if driving, but need to pay for transfer to airport. The room is small but clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The price is acceptable for the area.

Stayed here twice. Very convenient place to stay near Heathrow T2. It has a good restaurant and bar. You can either get an Uber(book it at T2 exit, at arrivals) or a shuttle bus(hotel hopper(?)at the bus station , from the airport to the hotel.

Last minute reservation due to a flight delay causing unexpected overnight stop. Booked on trip.com, arrived to the hotel about 10 minutes later. The bar had great options and staff were friendly. Great room, all needs met!
