In the highly desired Memorial Northwest community, this home is centrally located and close to everything! This spacious 4,560 Sq. Ft. gem has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms (3 Full/2 half). Sitting on approximately 0.4 Acre, this house has it all. From a sparkling pool and lots of privacy, you will absolutely love it! This house is a 15 minute drive to the Woodlands, 20 minutes to the Airport, and 35 minutes to downtown Houston. It is close to major highways and close to corporate, entertainment, shopping. Please note that the pool heater is currently not operable, but the pool stays warm from the sun.
