This breezy one bedroom, 1 bathroom semi-detached house is located a few minutes walk to the beautiful Bottom Bay Beach. Living room has a sofa bed that can sleep 1 guest.
The Bedroom with King size (or two single beds) has air conditioning along with a bathroom with a shower.
The open plan dining and living room opens out to the patio with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house sits on the cliff and you get a lovely breeze throughout the day. Both Doors to Patio and entrance have mosquito screens to protect you and still have the breeze coming through. The historic Sam Lords Castle Hotel is being rebuilt and is projected to be completed In Earlya New Restaurant, Dis Ole House, Opened In 2020 Just Outside Of The Sam Lords Castle Hotel Entrance. You Can Drive There In Five To Seven Minutes.
