Keep your boat(s) or jet ski's out of the elements in the huge covered boathouse (27' & 25') or on the 60 foot seawall (with electricity and water!). Park your trucks and trailers on site! Located just around the corner from Lake St. Clair Metro Park. Relax in the BRAND NEW hot tub or dual rainfall shower after a long day of fishing! Light a fire next to the water and enjoy some s'mores! Vacant fenced lot next door is available for extra parking and guest use but is considered a shared space and common area as the host stores recreation vehicles (RV, boat, jet skis) on the property, host comes and goes often.
