Two night stay in three different rooms. Originally, I was only going to stay one night, but circumstances necessitated an additional stay. The first night (accessible room), USB and 110v outlet connecters panel under lights were very loose and, although irritating because cords had to be placed just right in order to work, it was tolerable. When it was necessary to stay an additional night, I was hoping that the room would at least be as tolerable, but that same panel under the wall lights in the double queen room did not work at all. Since power connections are rather important in this era of electronics, I requested another room. That room was completely missing the USB connections. Gal at the front desk did not seem that concerned out it, instead blaming previous customers for the destruction of the USB connecters. Part of what is signed for when a room is rented is the customer promise to pay for any property destroyed. If they actually ever charge customers for that, why is the additional funds not used to replaced whatever was destroyed? Instead, the rooms continue to degrade, with some accommodations made when/if a customer complains. Most of the non-working amenities (like the out of order ice machine on the second floor) are passed over with an disinterested attitude. BTW: I had to scrounge up my own power hub just to keep my electronics from being dead in the morning when I left. Comfort Inn and Suites sure is not what they used to be. Very disappointing and I will be staying elsewhere for future hotel needs.
