The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley.

Very friendly and welcoming, We stayed for breakfast and it was lovely no problems what so ever, we would stay there again lovely staff.
Room nice and clean it was really hot this weekend and they had a fan going in the room when we checked in.

Although the hotel was very clean comfortable and well situated for walking into the town center the noise insulation was very poor and we were unable to get a decent night's sleep due to other guests moving around in their room's

Our second stay at this Travelodge which is very well situated to explore the beautiful town of Harrogate and other Yorkshire attractions. The stay was comfortable and quiet and offered excellent adjacent secure parking. A first floor restaurant offered the usual Travelodge menu. All of this was complemented by excellent front desk and cleaning staff who were all pleasant and very helpful. In particular Billie on reception and Chen on housekeeping were very attentive and engaging. We will be booking to stay here again.

Stayed at Travelodge West park Harrogate for three nights lovely room .Had an issue with the shower drain but it was fixed by char Asked for extra towels they came straight away .Nice comfy bed close to the town centre . Quiet never saw any of the other guests .All the staff very pleasant .Car park next to the hotel Will stay again .

On arrival I was welcomed by the desk staff. The room was quiet, clean and warm. Sarah was particularly helpful recommending places to visit and the best way to navigate the town. It would have been helpful if there was an ability on the online booking to arrange for a wheelchair accessible room on a low floor with a bath if possible as I am disabled (damaged lumbar and cervical spine and complex knee injuries.)
