Lovely quiet room, clean with everything we needed. Tea, coffee facilities in the room. Parking permit for the road outside. Plenty of parking available. Great location for walking into the centre. Messaged hotel with a couple of questions and they replied really promptly. Would definitely return.

This was our second visit to this establishment. We booked on the morning of arrival. Although the room was nice (double) it wasn’t the one we had booked and paid for, however after contact with Mark he apologised for the mix up and refunded the difference without quibble. The room had plenty of tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Lovely soft towels in the bathroom. The Grafton is within walking distance of the centre and restaurants. You can come and go as you please and although breakfast isn’t provided this was no issue as we prefer to eat when we’re ready when out and about.

This is the second time we've stayed here and a bit of a different experience this time. Booked direct with them using their website although I'm not sure I got the room I reserved and paid for which was a Superior Double. Room allocated was no11. I believe according to their description a Superior Double should have had a super king size bed and bathrobes which we didn't have and also a spacious room - it was not. We didn't see anyone after check in to query this and looking at the website it was fully booked so wouldn't have been able to change rooms anyhow. The room however was clean with fluffy towels etc. Would we return again not sure as there are so many other places to try

Would highly recommend this guest house. Spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. Everything you could wish for even face flannels! Would definitely stay here again. There is no breakfast available but it wasn't a problem because there are many cafes and restaurants close by. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful place , spotlessly clean and very close to town. Friendly and very helpful owners. We had a great stay with everything within easy walking distance yet still in a nice quiet area with parking on the road outside. Will definitely go back and stay again

This is a gem , Stunningly decorated bedroom. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided My wife got to use the beautiful lounge this morning on her own to make a work call which was very convenient. Closely located to the station and the centre of town . Thank you to Marc, who was very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect location for the town centre. Attractive hotel from the outside. Positioned on a quiet residential road. Free parking on the road at weekends, permit given during the week. A very warm welcome on arrival. Nothing to much trouble, twin room was perfect. Spacious very clean, bathroom had fab shower. welcome tray had everything we needed. Fab stay wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends n family.

Lovely boutique B&B, very clean and so quiet. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious with all you would need. Parking wasn’t an issue as plenty of spaces outside and was supplied a parking permit when needed. It was only a short walk into the centre of Harrogate with all the shops and restaurants. Definitely one to recommend

Friendly, clean, unique and comfortable stay, all within 20mins walk from all Harrogate has to offer. Definitely worth a stay for a night or few. There were no faults with the room, which was tastefully decorated and the rates were good. Would stay again.
