Austin David Apartment Harrow

We communicated via booking that we wanted to check in earlier, but got no reaction. We booked in april but got the info how to get there specifically only after a phonecall because we were lost with directions via the booking link. The road is very big and it turned out we were totally off. Finally arrived at 13.00 and still hadnt received the info i needed to get in the door even though official check in was at 15. Housekeeper let us in and then the concierge called to say that she had never received my request for early check in. We were booked in a different (smaller) room then we booked with a smaller bed. The whole appartmentbuilding was booked so no chance of changing. The building is very noisy and next to a very busy road. There was a wedding crowd getting themselves ready so no room to go into the kitchen even if wr wanted but also a lot of noise. When we expressed things to the guardian she did not react untill two days later. It is not expensive here but i recommend if you want to have a peacefull stay and certainly with kids NOT to book these. Invest a bit more. I have been in a lot of airbnbs also and choose this one because of the 8 it received. It is not an 8, by far! Oh and it was not clean. Just superficially clean. The shower put was jammed with hairs.
