Good hotel for short trip

We were given a room with one double bed and one single bed, even though we had requested a twin room with two separate beds. The room was right next to the railway tracks, and trains passed every three minutes—so loud it was impossible to sleep. Wi-fi was terrible, better wi-fi - paid. Reaching the room meant winding through corridor “labyrinths” and climbing lots of stairs, which was awkward with heavy suitcases. On the plus side, the reception staff were friendly and the room itself was clean.

We were a group of extended family and friends in London to watch two family members participate in the London Marathon. The hotel was full as there were two football finals also happening which made for a lovely community energy. We had a fabulous stay and positive experience from check in to check out. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Very comfy beds, lovely rooms, good WiFi. We loved the quality and choice of breakfast each morning.

Room was terrible because it was stinking, moulds everywhere -under the bed and bathroom, kettle was literally dirty with water scales. There is no lift facility. Corridors were very narrow and was like a puzzle to find the room. The only positive thing was it is close to train station.

Excellent stay @Premier Inn (Harrow). After driving for 3 hours. Parked up and was met at Reception by Glenys. I wasn’t in the best mood after driving but thanks to Glenys, she managed to change my mood very quickly- cheers. The best thing about Premier Inns is that the rooms are what you would expect in any of them- clean, tidy, tea and coffee and very comfortable. Breakfast the next day was great. Kids eat free. It is 10 mins walk from Northwick Park which is on the Metropolitan Line and straight to Kings Cross or Euston or Wembley or to the Sky Garden / Tower of London, so we have decided that if we ever come down by train, we would stay here instead of central London because of the cost. There is a Sainsbury’s opposite as well. So, fantastic staff, very comfy night, great breakfast and great location

I use Premier Inns regularly, but this was the worst experience. The room was cold and dated. I was told I needed to decide the day before whether I would want breakfast or not (I’ve never had to do that before). I had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on as I was working on my laptop. However, housekeeping decided to ignore the sign and knock on my door to ask what time I was leaving. I won’t be going back.
