Quality Inn

Very nice comfortable beds and friendly staff. Made my stay very enjoyable. I went during nascar race weekend. Hotel was sold out but very quiet as its brick construction. I will be back surely in few months and keep up the good work. I would highly recommend this hotel for hartsville or near by area

Had a very nice stay. Staff were good and I enjoyed pool and my stay. Clean n comfy bed and good location. There is a lot of good places near by like Walmart Taco Bell and many restaurants in walking distance and Neptune island waterpark just 1 mile away

This hotel is garbage. Everything about this place is awful! We booked a 2 night stay and from the second we arrived the experience was the worst I’ve ever had. We were fraudulently charged at the hotel after booking and paying on Priceline. We brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk who was high as a kite only to be yelled at, somehow got blamed for her mistake, and told there is no one on site that can authorize refunds. When we questioned this a door was slammed in our face and that was the end of the conversation. We stayed the night assuming we could talk to a more reasonable employee in the morning, however although she was nice enough, could not help us. We continued for 2 weeks to attempt to have this money returned to us only to continuously be told no one is authorized to issue refunds. They refused to provide the name and phone number of the manager. Choice Hotels corporate said there is nothing they can do since it is “independently owned.” We finally filed a report with the police department and had our bank correct the issue. Now the rest - The hotel is filthy both inside and out, there is no breakfast as advertised whatsoever, and the pool had been shut down that week by the SC Health Department. DON’T EVER STAY HERE AND PLEASE TELL THOSE YOU KNOW TO AVOID ALSO!

Where do I begin??? I work in the travel industry, and I would NOT suggest this hotel as a hotel for one of our groups to stay. This hotel is in need of a makeover! As you enter the room and draw the blinds, it is noticed the bottom of the sheer curtains were terribly frayed, as well as one of the blinds was missing a wand and semi disconnected from the top of the mechanism holding the shades/curtains up. Next thing noticed are the lamps, as they were rusted. You go into the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken away from the toilet. The clencher for us was when turning down the duvet cover down and away to the edge of the mattress, the underneath side was ripped in various places; not small rips, but gashes. I am sure there was more than went unnoticed.

Why lie to customers by offering amenities that do NOT exist? Why refuse to cancel a reservation AFTER motel lures the customer to reserve a room, customer reserves a room, and then customer discovers advertised amenities, like Heated Indoor Pool, do NOT exist? ...... I was charged $95 for not staying at this dump. Shame on Choicehotels, the parent corporation of Quality Inn.
