Pelham on Earle

Stayed there for a wedding nearby. It was nice to be able to be closeby but the desk is only open 9-5 and not one minute longer. If you're arriving at 5:15 they send you a code to be able to get your key outside of you room door that's in a lock box. Plus if you've never been there before, in the dark it's hard to find your room even though a light outside the rooms stay on allllll night. It was a nice room but the main negative for us was the floor was so dirty you had to make sure you wore something on your feet at all times especially right out of the shower. They apparently have coffee in the lobby although don't look for it before 9am. We'll never go back.

The room was lovely. It was spotless and had a very pleasant aesthetic. I know that we were off season, but we were not informed of any amenities. Breakfast was not included as advertised and we were not given info on the free WiFi. We had an offsite event to attend the evening of our arrival, so when we returned the desk was closed. We did have an emergency number to call, but didn’t feel that we should use that to ask for WiFi password. A packet of info upon arrival would have been helpful. Other than that, we loved the property and think it would be really awesome in-season.

Best 3 day vacation! Pool, short walk to beach, wagon 2 beach chairs and umbrella supplied for each room. Restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner. Great coffee every morning. Firepit and games onsite. Fabulous time and perfect weather added to our experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything is really new and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a family of four so had a room with two large beds in it. The bathroom is pretty small but adequate. The pool area is really nice with lots of pool towels provided. It was it is within easy walking distance to the beach and wagons are provided along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Housekeeping was adequate however we did go out one day at 9:30 and our room had still not been cleaned when we returned by 230. There are lots of restaurants close by as well as a supermarket. There is an an in room fridge, microwave and coffee machine, which is really handy. There is also complimentary tea and coffee served in the lobby in the mornings. There is a complementary shuttle to their sister property where we had dinner one night.

Recently my wife and I made reservations through ******* to stay at the Pelham on Earle in September so we could visit our daughter and grandson who as celebrating his 7th birthday. On the Saturday we were supposed to arrive as Hurricane Lee was passing with a series of flood and wind warnings. We tried to change our reservation to a different weekend or get a refund, but were told by Pelham that they could not do that. That we had to arrange that through ******* who would not help us change our reservation or provide a refund. So be very careful when making reservations with either Pelham on Earle or ******* because even if a hurricane is passing through you might lose hundreds of dollars on your reservation.

This inn is great. The rooms were very nice with comfortable sitting areas outside. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the Inn supplies towels, beach chairs, etc. to take down there. We have stayed at many places on the Cape but this is one that we would come back to.
