The location was good. Hotel is on the main road and easily accessible. Staff was also helpful. For a night stay, it is a good option

The hotel location is very good - in the middle of town and opposite a park. The rooms were spacious and looked clean. However, there were a few issues. Wifi in the rooms was bad. We tried 2 rooms, on 2 different floors - same problem. Next, there were leaks from the taps in the bath - had to call someone to get it fixed. Zero amenities were kept in the room. Only after we asked, were we given a kettle (no coffee, tea powder), dental kit, and extra soap. The shower in the bath did not work. Also, there was no curtain or glass partition between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. Which meant that the entire bathroom got wet when someone had a bath. Service was quick. Staff friendly. Sufficient items in the room service menu. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and the items were good. While the hotel offers reasonable rates and a good location, it would be worth it for the management to address the above issues.

Comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hot water available 24/7 in the bathroom. Hotel is conveniently located, within 2km of the ksrtc bus stand. Staff is friendly and helpful, but perhaps somewhat inexperienced. Hotel seems to be fairly new.

The property is in a prime location and perfect for a family stay. The phalguni residency is equipped with beautiful veg restaurant panjurli, which caters authentic south and north indian dishes.

Clean n pleasant stay. Staff is cordial n nice. Though checking time was mentioned 2pm they allowed us to checkin at 11:30 am without any hassle.

Clean neat rooms. Can improve on the bath towels which looked clean but aged. Staff were courteous and helpful. It is a high end of a 2 star hotel. Had working a/c, kettle and hot water. No toiletries except for a tiny soap. The attached restaurant serves pocket friendly and tasty food of choice.

Just stayed for a night en route mangalore, as usual place is spike and span great restaurant and polite staff, what more can you ask for on travel with clean bed linen hygienic towels and a simple relaxing ambience inside the rooms, thank you team palguni
