It was very worst experience i ever had and no proper cleaning. Washroom is not at all good and no customer service. Totally very worst

We checked in at early morning. Already called and informed them that we will be coming by morning. The receptionist was so rude that we disturbed his sleep. And guess what, the rooms were absolutely *t. The bathroom was stinking like anything. The pillow covers were not washed for at least two months. The room had a stinking smell ***** with the urine smell from bathroom. Stayed there for just two hours. Left the place hurriedly, checking out. When we went to the reception to check out there was no one! when i called the hotel number, someone picked up and said, leave the key at the reception table. I tried to tell him that the rooms are stinking. His reply was, ok ok ma'am, you can go. Overall, a horrible terrible experience.

People in the hotel, remove it from my-biz assurance tag, you'll get bad name. We asked complimentary water bottle, every time hotel staff taken more than 1 hour time to bring the water first time i stayed in hotel, kind of dirty hotel with dirty bathrooms & floors. So pols add good quality - hotel's in mmt
