The staff are all very friendly and professional. Our room is spotless and the bed is very comfortable. We have been coming for short visits for at least 15 years and Laurence is continually updating the decor and facilities. Steak and ale pie meal tonight was just so good! And discovered amazing cherry lager❣️ Looking forward to our next visit⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am Victoria, my husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and it is an excellent option to rest, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and they have an excellent and unforgettable view of the sea the hotel staff is very friendly, but definitely what is most spectacular is the food, super delicious, fresh, excellent presentation and the portions are quite large lol, for this they earn more than 5 stars, really the best food we have ever tried, we leave satisfied and wanting to return. truly excellent experience The only aspect to improve is that the stairs or hallways are a bit narrow and the same goes for the elevator, thaaaaaank's

Excellent In every way. Staff are so helpful nothing too much trouble in bar dining room and reception. Room perfect view and spotless. Terrace bar is beautiful in the sunshine having lunch. Will definitely return in the near future. Car park small but always managed to find a space on return

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Lift was an experience if you and your sister are both on the large size! Bar very nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was quick and very good. Car park was available but once you park, don't leave again until the end of your stay or you'll never get back in again!

I came with some friends to stay at this for three nights, we had a wonderful time and the food/drinks were wonderful. The bar staff are fantastic, hardworking and efficient, the reception staff are very kind. However, we left with a sour taste in our mouths due to the attitude of the owner/manager and his treatment of his staff. Shouting at them in front of customers, barking orders whilst he is sitting around doing nothing, being plain rude whenever he speaks to them. It truly disgusted me to see this behaviour directed towards such lovely staff. Something needs to be done about this as it is not only affecting the staff, but the experience of the customers too.

Stayed here a couple of times and each time has been perfect. From the moment i parked my car to check out everything was perfect. The staff are freindly and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The bar is well stocked and not expensive and the balcony is a pleasure to relax on

Lovely place, the room we had , was a seaview , overlooking the beach & pier !! Dogs & the cat , Frankie was good at the reception !! The breakfast was good & we had a few evening meals, food was good !! The weather, wind & rain !! ( handy, the car park at the back of the hotel !

Went for a coffee, while waiting to be served a chap around 70 was paying and said something about do they accept cash? The young female staff member accused him of being disrespectful to all the (young) staff, saying we do understand cash, we've all been to school, how dare you imply we're stupid etc. He didn't say a word back.

Great hotel. Reasonable price. Good location.Walking distance to town and pier. Friendly staff. We had 4 nights here in a Seaview premier room. Lovely view, french doors. Nice and clean. Cafe/restaurant was nice. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Little Jill breakfast was just right. All round Great holiday.
