Hotel located near to the prime area. Walkable to anywhere. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Toilet is equipped with automated washlet. Light breakfast is served. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel with super good location near train station and near Lee garden Also not on the road that would have massive jams at night. Breakfast is simple bread, they provided 4 bottles of water each day.

We stayed at The Three Hatyai for a family trip, booking two rooms for two nights. On the first night, one of the rooms had no electricity. The security guard tried to help but couldn’t fix it, and the technician couldn’t be reached. After 12am, there were no staff at the counter, so we had no choice but to squeeze into one room, with some of us sleeping on the floor. In The next day, we went to the counter to request a refund for the room with no electricity. At first, the hotel refused, saying we could still sleep in the room even without electricity. After we insisted and raised our voices, and went to the counter 2–3 times, they finally agreed to refund only 1000 baht (even though the room cost around 1500 baht). The main issue is not the money, but the irresponsible attitude and poor management. No proper night support, no empathy, and no professionalism. Very disappointing for a family trip.

The staff there is very friendly. Everyday they provide house keeping. They even have free coffee n small snack at level 1. Location very near to walk around the night market n kim yong market

The hotel room is clean, but the musty smell is really bad. The toilet also has a strong odor, the bed sheets smell, and the towels have dirty stains. I've never stayed in a hotel like this before, and it will definitely be the last time.

Nice boutique hotel, walking distance to lee garden plaza and gimyong matket. Lots of eateries nearby.

The room is spacious and clean. No kettle no glasses for drinking. No bathroom amenities. The location is excellent.

The room is terribly smelly. The mouldy and high humidity smell is intolerable.

The Three is more to the town traveller hotel. Just room and the bathroom with little or no amenities. Bathroom tiles in between lines with mold and stain marks quite unavoidable; could be due to the aged and high humidity atmosphere. Located in the town centre area and conveniently connecting to the famous weekend LG night market.

My 2nd visit & my 1st choice to stay, location is superb and easy access to local delight. Even if we wish to go out/come back to hotel via shuangtiao just told them the hotel name they will fetch you back correctly. Room is spacious, great stay & enjoyed.
