Our stay at Z Sleep Hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness, location, and service were all excellent — everything felt well-maintained and convenient. As a family, we really appreciated the peaceful environment and friendly staff. The amenities were good, though there’s a bit of room for improvement. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Location : Best place to stay since its walking distance to Central Hatyai and Asean Night Bazaar. Cleanliness : Very clean and comfortable, sooo cozy 👍🏻 Service : if you arrive early and waiting to check in at 2pm, you can place your luggage near the reception area and go visit other places. Amenities : The only downside is, you have to pay 100THB per hour to use the iron. Don’t forget to prepare 1000THB cash for hotel deposit.

Great location, next to Central Mall. 10 min Grab or Tuk Tuk to Lee Garden. 10 min walking distance to Greenway Night Market. Big room with very reasonable price. The only downside of this hotel: The shower water pressure is quite low. No toothbrush and toothpaste. You need to standby RM400 for deposit.

everything was superb especially location. Perhaps staff service can be improved. not all tourist are local Thai, so would be better if staff can communicate english better. And at front of hotel have remark "CASHLESS PAYMENT PREFERRED", but front office staff keep asking for Thai Bhat for deposit. Other than that, everything is good!!

I chose this hotel out of others’ recommendation. Definitely worth every cents. Stayed for 3 nights. Located right next to Central Hatyai. Walking distance, less than 5 mins walk. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet at night. Complete amenities, but no iron provided in the room though. Probably need to ask front desk. No early check in during my time of arrival. They do allow you to keep your luggages and belongings in the lobby. I believe it is located in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to local transportation or e-hailing services. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience. I would definitely repeat to stay here for my next trip to Hatyai.

Simple and clean room. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed in the same hotel since 2023 for all my trips to Hatyai. Strategic location, right beside the mall. Walking distance to ASEAN and Greenway Night Market.

Good hotel and very convenient location. Just need to walk like few minutes to arrive to the central hatyai. Easy to check in too.

Very good place to stay either for families, couple or business trip.. Cleanness is superb..Kudos for the coffee machine that this hotel provide every morning from 6am to 12pm..👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Corridor with smell once step into the room level. Breakfast in the hotel is come with set with THB 100 which considered worth for those lazy to go out. It’s not easy to have breakfast with walking distance at very early morning before Central Hatyai open at 10am. The hotel come with ample parking space.

This is a basic no frills hotel. It has a common room for us to have breakfast. We can buy food from Supermarket which is in Hatyai Central ( just across the road). In the common room has microwave, drinks and biscuit. Room is huge, if can add a bench or a table with 2 chairs will be great. The large space is wasted. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. WiFi is great. One negative: instant water heater is not working well. The heater cannot be adjusted. Water is very hot. The drainage gully trap need to be removed into for the water to be drained Overall this hotel is ok to stay.

Comfortable, clean, and great service. My family and I had fun staying there for three days and two nights. The central hatyai was just a stone’s throw away from the hotel.
