The hotel is a little far from the city centre where most of the eateries and shopping are located. The rooms are spacious and clean. Popular with Malaysian tourists.

The room is very spacious, and free parking. The staff very friendly, the only things need to improve is wifi connection poor.

This is my second time staying here, both experiences satisfied me and my family. you can get a cheaper price when booking earlier. This room is considered spacious compared to the other hotels that I have stayed at with the same range of price. Toilet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You are required to pay a 500 baht deposit, and will be returned when you check out. They will ask for a passport to photocopy. They got a parking space as well for those who drive to Hatyai. However, compared to the other hotels, the location needs you to take a grab if you have no transport. 2.5-3 km away from the hotel to Greenway/ASEAN night bazar. This hotel is located right in front of the popular kedai laksa ketam siam. You can have dinner and lunch by walking only. I really recommend you to bring your family and friends!

Nice hotel

By far, the best hotel ever stayed in Hatyai. Although the location is just a bit out of town but it's a good area. I like the covered parking. The hotel location is opposite to the famous delicious Thai noodle restaurant. Parking is ample. The shower gel smells good. The only downside is the shower. Water pressure is good but it's small. I will stay here again. Bed is probably a bit hard for some people, but I'm ok with it. The room is spacious with a real refrigerator 😆. Easy to store all the foods if you buy a lot from 7-11. Happy customer here!

friendly staff with clean room. The car park was spacious, easy to get in and out from the car as there was space left between every cars. The security was also very helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Although the corridor echo is quite strong. During my stay, some rowdy guest makes alot of noise at 2am on 6th floor. Nothing much to complain about the hotel. Had a good stay. This hotel uses a special showerhead and the water pressure is very good. There is no brand on this showerhead so I wonder where can I buy it as I want to buy for my home too!
