Close to Central Festival mall. Wish the room was a bit brighter in lighting. Tap at basin was shakey a bit lose.

Great room layout with lovely balcony. I shall be back !!!

The room is perfect, we manage to check in early for 1 room so that we could put our luggages. It is away from the center of Hatyai but in the area itself there is the biggest shopping mall the Central Mall. Also there's Makro hypermarket where you can buy lots of snacks for souvenir. ASEAN Night market is within walking distance about 1km away. Their breakfast is very nice. it's cooked individually of your choice.

Never trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed! I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change. On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately. However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue. I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring! Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.

Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Central Hatyai Mall.

1. Covered Parking 👍: 15+. For those not manage to park there, need to park at another open carpark few steps away. 2. Breakfast 👍. 3. Cleanliness 👍. Housekeeping always mop corridor walkway. Just toilet hard to flush and has some stain. 4. Location 👍: Quiet. Away from main road. Opposite to Central Festival. But need to walk 400m to main road.

Hotel in city centre, clean and ample parking

I love this hotel. Just nearby Central Festival Hatyai. The room was also nice and the staff really friendly.
