Crystal Hotel Hat Yai recensioner

Personal view, hotel was overrated as 4 stars hotel. However, location was good as it was walking distance to Central Hatyai, Makro, ASEAN night market and Greenway night market. Breakfast spread was acceptable. We arrived early in the morning and went out for breakfast, back to hotel by 10.30am and luckily room was ready, really appreciate the lobby staff’s assistance. Yet, many improvements need to be made such cleanliness of lobby toilet etc.

This hotel is situated opposite central festival mall n also near ASEAN night bazaar as well as greenway night bazaar. This hotel seems to be popular for weddings n seminars Hotel is nice n breakfast not too bad, change menu every day Room very basis but it’s ok Enjoy my stay despite the monsoon season n rains non stop every day Staff very help n friendly

Not a kids friendly hotel as the room is all the sharp corner, they charge extra 500 bath for the baby cot which normally hotels don’t do 😂

This was 2nd time staying at this hotel, 1st stayed was great and good service so I decided to go for 2nd times. However this time really disappointed, I’ve been informed that extra charge for more than 2 guests for 1k baht and snacks are not complimentary.

Nearest to the central market. Just walking from the hotel to the mall is about 15-20mins only. The hotel very clean and spacious. Great hotel and the food variety, and delicious❤️

The hotel is cozy and convenient, but hotel doesnt provide iron in the rooms, please bring a travel iron. It’s not clear if they offer Halal options for the breakfast, and I dont think so.

Location for this hotel is strategic. Near Makro, Central festival hatyai, Asean night bazaar and Greenway night market.

The room is clean and well maintained. The only minus point is they dont have iron. Location wise is very good,Central Hatyai, Asean Night Market and Greenway Night Market is just walking distance. But the road is super busy during peak hour but no complain as we can walk.

The new wing have a brighter clean rooms. Breakfast have good selections but portions not enough. It will be better if the car parks areas is shelter. Bed and pillows are comfy but the towels are old, do improve. Would like to come back n stay.

Absolutely loved this room and hotel with the view overlooking the city and mountain. Great place to stay for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the city

Very clean and comfortable hotel, all staff was polite and helpful. Great location, walking distance to Central Hat Yai mall ,Makro Hat Yai and ASEAN night market. There is also a seafood and Thai restaurant just outside the hotel. Will definitely stay here when I am traveling to Hat Yai.
