good good Service hotel , will Visit again stay , good location

I’d tried many hotels in Hatyai and I think this is the worst hotel i ever stayed. 1) They indicate room with window. Actually it’s just a small narrow glass panel facing the corridor. It has no natural sun light at all. 2) Room is extremely stinky and mouldy. The air is hazardous to health. 3) The room photo on the booking platform is definitely misleading. 4) Since sleeping area is on the loft, you shall indicate “May NOT suitable for disable and elderly”. (I witness one big size Caucasian guy checked in and checked out straight away after he saw the room). 4) My first experience to stay in a hotel with towel blanket instead of duvet. Is this the way to save electricity bill on ac? 5) First time in a hotel without toilet paper. What a joke! 6) Due to the mouldiness, clothing will be stinky. Sorry to be honest, this is my honest and sincere feedback to the management for improvement. I’ll never come back and neither to recommend it to others.

A cute hotel, clean and quiet, a bit of walk from Lee Gardens, around 10 minutes but lots of food along the way. Some temples and 7-11s too. The area itself is quiet but there's some restaurants nearby if u turn left of the hotel. And a good cafe next door.

Very nice place

Lucky me, i can check in early you just have to call for check before you arrive, the room is ok , but one thing I not happy here is about WiFi, all the other is good 😉

The building was good , the room was OK in standard. But reception wasn't nice and not friendly at all. I asked for one extra towel and I had to paid money for it. Reception was not in the mood to service. Very lazy. She took my ID card to register my stay and didn't return it to me. Till 2 hours later when I came down to the lobby. At least she should have informed to return it to me. And security was also lazy to service at the carpark. When I drove the car in he didn't even move to check the car who's in or out.

Spacious room

Location is far from lee garden area. However it is still consider walking distance. Can explore outside of lee garden area. Not many Massage parlour here. Cleanliness is ok.

ที่นอนติดฝ้ามากปัยหน่อย เลยนอนม่ายค่อยหลับ เพราะ เสียงข้างบน นัยห้องม่ายมีกระดาษชิชชู่หั้ยเลยนอกจากนัยห้องน้ำ ห้องจัดสวย เล็กกว่านัยรูปมาก .... แอร์ เยนเจี๊ยบ แต่น้ำร้อนตลอดเวลา น้ำอ่างล่างหน้าไหลช้า !!! โดยรวมถือว่าพอชั่ยด้าย นัยราคา เท่านี้ !

Nice hostel. Cukup untuk travel solo. Dapur. Simple gym. Living room.

ห้องดีสะอาด แต่ปลั๊กไฟหัวเตียงใช้ไม่ได้ นอนอยู่แล้วได้ยินเสียงจากห้องอื่น ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ไม่มีลิฟต์
