Very big two single bedded room.. We request two linked room.. Very nice and clean Strategy location... It's perfect stay.. Will booked again for our next hatyai trip

Very good location and easy access to hotspot area by walking distance. If plan to go tourist attraction area, Tuktuk always standby in-front of hotel.

Great location nearby kim yong market and 7e. Walking distance to lee garden night bazaar. Highly recommended

Nearby Kim Yong market easier to find eat shop The price much cheaper than the night market especially the fruit Will consider to book the hotel next time ~

First time using Trip.com — and also my last time staying at this hotel. Soundproofing: ★ Extremely poor. I could clearly hear housekeeping cleaning rooms, guests checking in and out, and doors opening and closing all the time. Cleanliness: ★ There was a wet towel used to prop the door open before I checked in. It made me wonder if the towels are even clean or reused. Wi-Fi: ★★ Unstable connection. It randomly disconnected even though it showed as connected. Location: ★★★★★ The only good thing — the location is excellent and very convenient. The room photos on Trip.com look beautiful, but the actual room was about 80% different — in a bad way. Such a disappointment overall. Please, stop deceiving your customers.

The location is excellent!! The room is decent, but the facilities are a bit outdated. The bathroom was somewhat dirty. The massage was very affordable and highly recommended.

Walking distance to shop.. on the left lee garden plaza and night market, on the right kimyong market.. Got a mini bar, good plug point for malaysian people.. big parking space

Very strategic location to the Lee Garden, reachable within walking distance. Nice hotel to stay in Hatyai if you don’t like to take grabs or taxis.

The air conditioner is not cold, and there are cockroaches in the room.

This is my second stay in here.. Very good location n easy to access to Kim yong n Lee garden.....
