Overall great location, friendly staffs and seamless check in.

Hotel room is big and spacious. A convenient store below which is good

Check in process very fast. Deposit of 100 bath is needed. Room very spacious for a family of 4 like us. Location wise is very strategic. All attraction places like hatyai central, kim yong market, nora plaza, kaitod meena, kaitod decha, asean night bazaar and greenway night maket from hotel less than 10 min drive.

Overall good . Cuma takdak iron and kettle . Boleh consider bawak iron sendiri kalau stay sini . Permandangan sumpah cantikk . Siap ada balkoni

Receptionist was very rude. That girl angry to my husband just because my husband ask want to keep his bag there because he early checkout and will go out for lunch and will come back to wait van to pickup him. I also a hotelier and I know that not supposed to be happen when you treat your guest like that. You can answer nicely right? We had good concern to checkout early to make housekeeping dept easier to do cleaning but this happen. Pls improve your service! Your front office staff need to be trained well the others was good. The room was clean. Nice job housekeeping 👍

The hotel location is very quiet, no 7-11 nearby and foods are limited nearby... The guy reception is not so friendly too, we asked for towel as the room do not have any, the owner mentioned that it should be in the room and refused to give at first, after explained again that we did not see any towel, then only he willing to provide...

The bathroom mirror is covered with water stains. The room has a musty smell. The bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows are not soft and are too high, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Nice place to stay. Can accomodate up to 4 people. Quite far from Hatyai town and market, but i drove by own car, so no issue on transport. Recommended 👍🏽

Good location,clean ,quiet

The reception is not friendly at all. he was arguing with me about room i book. i book for 3 room, he keep mentioning that i book 2 room. arguing and nearly shouting. he ask me to see in his computer system to verify that i didn't book three room. i found the name of 3 person for 3 room then only he stop arguing. earlier he makes face and keep told me to call to the trip.com and at one time I was sitting at the lobby with my nephew (3year old) and laughing with him for his action, suddenly one of the staff who at the lobby making the shut sign to me. I was so shocked because I realize that i'm not in Library. I quickly make move as they behaving very rude to customer.
