What a great find. Excellent condition large room. Everything worked as expected. Reception, porter and cleaning staff were so lovely. If required, transport drivers at the doorstep in the heart of the town. No wasting money on unused facilities, there are plenty of excellent places around providing that. .

Very spacious and comfortable room. Shops and night market is all very near by the hotel... Very satisfied.. Will come back again

The location is very good it's just walking distance to Lee garden night market, and some famous restaurants like 秋哥猪脚饭，成龙面条 etc. The room is clean and neat, we enjoy the stay very much

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Hat Yai Thailand.

Sakol hotel was my first choice in my previous booking but my recent stay with booking of 5 rooms for 10 pax has not been favorable. The reasons are as follows: 1. Rude behavior and refusal by reception in request for change of rooms as the 7th floor was without lift service. Everyone in my group are senior citizens which prefer less walking up the stairs 2. Request for tissue paper was not heeded 3. Cleaners barge into room to clean up without consideration of room being occupied

Hotel location is good and near to Lee garden and Odean, overall the room is old and standard facility... we hope next time the staff can take some time on our request on the booking, cause we request to stay near to the lift but they give us the last room of the floor and the sound proof is very bad...

Room floor very dirty. My wet tissue paper was black after I used it to clean part of the floor. I show the cleaner and she quickly use a mop to clean the room floor. They only issue one room card and it was very inconvenient for 2 person staying. Everything was good apart from these 2 issue.

Service is good. But need to to upgrade for the car park. Staff very friendly
