Mandu the Escape

the mandu resort is located in the lap of nature surrounded by hills, paddy field, tea garden and forest. ideal to spend a couple of days away from the busy city life and unwind amidst the greenery doing nothing, just relaxing…the wooden cottages are best, offering magnificent views, staring from sunrise to sunset…one can spend the whole day in the veranda reading, listening to music, spending time with family…the staffs are very courteous…food is also excellent….stated on 22-23 november, 2024

I m in love with the resort, my stay was awesome, a very safe place, but the main concern is the food, third class quality food is provided, i will recommend only for staying

Nice ambiance and food was very good. Activities are also engaging. Kids also enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended especially for families.

The stay was comfortable and the swimming pool area was very clean and tidy quality of food was good

The place was nice, i liked it but i felt staff were not attentive to guest. We have asked at-least 5person for the reception desk and same for finding the restaurant. See i don't means that they are not doing their job properly but as we are guest they should be attentive to us and even others. Thank you

Location was mesmerizing. Room service was poor as i was told by reception that room service not available post 10 pm. No phone response at reception post 10 pm. This could be a serious concern in case of medical emergency. Some issue with swimming pool water, myself and entire family got itching issues post breakfast pool session. We have been using public swimming pool in other resorts for long but have not face such issues earlier. Infact we have used the same swimming pool earlier day and no itching issues at all. On enquiry, we were told chlonie was added the previous day. We were suspecting clorine level could be very high for the uncontrollable itching. Finally no internet service provided.
