Miyajima Seaside Hotel

Overall very friendly and pleasant experience. During dinner one plate served to us was dirty so we had to ask for it to be swapped but was dealt with promptly. Morning coffee served in the lounge cannot be taken back to the rooms which is pretty inconvenient. The meals served were delicious.

旅館雖然有點年頭了，但是服務是真的很好。酒店離碼頭有點距離，好在有接駁車，早晚都有，挺方便的。房間乾淨衞生，就是插座少了一些，衞生間能有個排風扇就更好了。訂的是帶早晚餐的，衹能説餐食對得起這個價格吧，跟好的旅館肯定沒法比，總體來説性價比還是很可以的。

정말 친절한 직원들과.. 넓고 쾌적한 방이었습니다. 대중목욕탕은 좀 아쉬웠지만, 그 외적으로 너무 좋았네요. 오래된 외관과는 다르게 안에는 리모델링을 했는지 편안하게 쉬다갑니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶어요. 석식과 조식을 서빙해주는 분들도 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다.

Превосходный отель! Есть трансфер с парома, хороший онсэн, отличный сервис, вкусная еда, шикарный номер и вид на Хиросиму. В восторге от отеля!

泡了温泉，餐食也不錯。

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The shuttle service from the station to the hotel was so useful. And even on our last day, when we went walking on the island and we left cases at the hotel, the offered to bring our cases to the station. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm and tranquil. If we could have changed our plans we would have liked to stay an extra night. Miyajima itself is a beautiful island.

We felt very well cared for. The meals were absolutely devine. The vanue was authentic; set in a serene environment with a view of the ocean and mountains. We celebrated 72nd birthday. The staff prepared an awesome looking and delicious cake. They even sang and wished a very happy birthday. We all had a great time and wish to return to stay longer next time!

We stayed here during a two week tour of Japan. It was the perfect island break. Miyajima is a stunning island and has a great little shopping area with beautiful restaurants. The hotel is away from this in a secluded area but they provide a free shuttle service. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room with a sea view was just stunning. It is a Ryokan experience so you have the chance to embrace that culture. The food is incredible, stunning preparation to detail and an experience in itself. The staff were all very helpful and this was a highlight of our Japan tour.

We spent 2 nights here and I am glad that we did, it allowed us to see everything on Miyajima at a leisurely and relaxed pace (rather than worrying about getting ferries back to Hiroshima etc), Miyajima is a beautiful island. This hotel was a good base in Miyajima, the staff were incredibly helpful and the location of the hotel is beautiful. Don’t be put off by the fact that it is a little way out of town, shuttle buses were always there to take us into town including at night when we went in to see the floating shrine lit up. Breakfast and dinner were included in our room rate, both were traditional Japanese. We also noticed a laundry in the hotel that hold be useful if you are running out of clean clothes.
