Good service. Had fish and chips with mushy peas. Had to get a magnifying glass out to find the peas. They were in an extremely small sauce pot , there was about a desert spoon in total. More tartar sauce than peas. Fish and chips were lovely. Shame about the peas.

Excellent night here in preparation for the Avo national day at Hatton country park. Room was across the car park in a block of 8 rooms . Fitted out ok with the need for some minor cosmetic tidying up . Main building very nice with bar , restaurant etc .. food was spot on with great staff . Would recommend a stay and would definitely return.

Visited the pub recently and the food and service was excellent. A lovely looking pub nice and clean and presentable, worth a visit. It was good parking and a nice outside area. I will be back and next time I will ensure I book as nearly didn't get a table.

Had not been for a while but had noted that they now offer an Indian menu as well as their standard pub menu so decided to give it a go with some friends. We were glad we did. The two ladies went with the Spiracha salmon to start which they thoroughly enjoyed while my mate and I went the papadums and chutney option which we also enjoyed. For mains, two of us went with the chicken jalfrezi and rice which was excellent while the other two mains were chicken tikka and the malvani chicken curry. They also received positive comments. A mix of drinks were also enjoyed. Well worth a mention and that is the staff. Everyone we encountered throughout the meal were very helpful and friendly which enhanced the evening. Will we be back? A definite yes and soon.

An off chance visit, very pleasantly surprised with the standard of the food. Had items from the Indian and traditional pub menus, really enjoyed both, and equally of the highest standards. We are relatively local and will be going back, especially if the log burners are lit!

I went for a Saturday lunch with my sister and family, only to encounter very slow service. The restaurant was fairly quiet, so no reason for the long waits, the wait for the drinks to arrive and having to chase staff to give our order. Then more delays from starter to the main dish. We were planning to have desert, but with the long wait we decided to just to pay. On asking a member of staff, why such slow service, we were told that new staff are in. With this my sister said the she wouldn’t bring her work colleagues here later on this month.

We booked in for a one night stay. A warm welcome upon arrival and we headed to our room. Accommodation is compact but has excellent facilities. Everything is spotless and clean throughout. We booked last minute for dinner and we were so pleased we did. Great welcome to restaurant and attentive service throughout the meal. We went for traditional pub grub and it was delicious! The smells and look of the Indian dishes has also ensured that we will definitely stay again and try the Indian menu when next in the area. Had a good nights sleep and we were then treated to a great breakfast. The full English was tasty and faultless. The ambience of the place is lovely and the owner/team were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We definitely recommend and look forward to returning with my daughter when her health improves and she heads back to Uni. Thanks to The Falcon team 😊

Stayed at the Falcon for 4 nights (Jun 11-14). The hotel is in a good location for visiting Warwick, Stratford, Coventry and Birmingham as it is well placed relative to the major roads. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food was good from a combined Indian and British menu, the Indian dishes seemed to be attracting a significant number of diners based on the cars in the parking lot. The interior of the dining room and the other facilities were well appointed and comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and secure. There is a large picnic area with tables and, for those who walk, a couple of route around the nearby villages. Overall an excellent place to stay. It is the place we would choose if we visit the area again.

Likes Looks great from the outside. Really comfy bed. I had a great sleep Room was clean just dated Breakfast was very tasty. Full English - cooked fresh, cereals, tea, coffee & juices. Dislikes Room needed some improvements, especially in the bathroom. Bath panel was split, ceiling needed a paint job, the shower head was not adjustable and would just fall if touched and an absolute nightmare to regulate the shower temperature. As entering, it had a really musty smell. There was an appliance, I think it was a dehumidifier (not sure). Curtain had a visible burn hole, I think historically someone must’ve been smoking by the window. Mat outside the front door was ripped Various carpet stains The wood furniture in the room makes it look dated but not as dated as the kettle. Honestly…that needs to go immediately. Even though there were several things I didn’t like, I would stay again…hopefully have a different room to see how that is.
