The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance to all the sights and it’s very close to the iconic Hotel National de Cuba, which is a must see! The staff are amazing, especially the front of house/reception, the pool staff on the roof deck, and the ground floor bar staff who were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of local and continental options, buffet style with a range of drinks/juices. I used the gym and the pool, was a good experience. Taxi from the airport to hotel and return to the airport cost me £10 sterling each way, but of course the taxi guys do try to charge double that, so negotiate amicably and pay a fair price! I had a slightly scary experience on my final night at the hotel, when a strange man entered my room at 11.30pm! I had to chase him him and report him to reception downstairs. I was told he was the maintenance guy who accidentally went into my room. I was not given an apology by the manager nor offered any resolution, as I wasn’t able to sleep that night due to anxiety etc. Imagine if I had been a less able man, or even a female, I dread to think what could have and would have happened! The matter was reported to Trip.com who apologised but it should have been the hotel manager who spoke with me, and I felt disrespected that they still to date have not bothered to contact me! Overall, the hotel is nice, but it was just my end incident on the final night that messed up my experience.

I’ve been in 100+ hotels at 50+ countries and there were hotels from 3 to 5 stars even Aman among them. This is not the worst hotel ever, but the worst among 5*. The hotel is 2, probably. Even cockroaches at the lobby bar knows that… The worst thing is food. It looks like normal tasty but it so bad when you eat it… And after spending hours three days in a row at WC puking and so on… So… Never ever…

What an amazing experience and place to stay. Not too far away from old Havana; staff are all absolutely lovely and so helpful. View from my room was just incredible. Clean and very spacious. Definitely recommend to stay here when coming to beautiful Havana

I did not stay there, did not make flight and wasn’t allowed to reschedule. Could I please be allowed to reschedule to Saturday the 15th to Tuesday the 18th or be given a voucher or a discount to use against my new booking please

It was an excellent stay. I enjoyed my time there and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a good place to stay in havana. It is not far from the city

I was so happy to stay there. Staffs are very nice people, and the services are fantastic. They were kind enough to care about our flight being cancelled by the hurricane.
El Hotel Capri es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en La Habana, Cuba. Su ubicación es excelente, cerca del malecón y rodeado de restaurantes con diversas opciones de comida y precios para diferentes presupuestos.
El servicio del hotel en general fue bueno, aunque, desafortunadamente, no todos los empleados mostraron la mejor disposición y atención. Por ejemplo, al llegar al restaurante el primer día, la atención que nos brindó la persona que nos atendió no fue la esperada. La comida del hotel es de buena calidad, pero la variedad es limitada, lo que nos llevó a decidir tomar almuerzos y cenas en restaurantes fuera del hotel durante los días siguientes. Sin embargo, el desayuno es bueno y variado.
El servicio de internet fue bastante bueno. Es justo mencionar que otros empleados del hotel fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros.
En general, nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Capri fue satisfactoria.
